House Bill 4015, a broadband enhancement bill, passed the House of Delegates Thursday. Reporter Emily Allen recently visited Calhoun County to learn how student achievement is impacted with and without broadband access.

Robert Plymale, D-Wayne, member of the Senate Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, about broadband expansion in West Virginia.
